Original illustration from 'Le Film Complet' for the film The Story of Three Loves, a 1953 American romantic anthology film made by MGM. It consists of three stories, 'The Jealous Lover', 'Mademoiselle', and 'Equilibrium'. The film was produced by Sidney Franklin.

The faces are replaced by the image in the background of an illustration of Georges Braque's 'Nature Morte'.
