A layer of cake is replaced by the hips and thighs of a young woman in a very colourful swimsuit.
Above her, parts of two women also embellish the composition.

The cake is a cutout from a vintage magazine advertisement.
The young woman in a swimsuit is also an authentic vintage image from Jours de France 1968 magazine.
